Why this feels confusing

You may know how to help people, yet still not know what to build first.

Fees, niche, referrals, content, consultations, and visibility can all feel urgent at once. The problem is rarely a lack of effort. It is the absence of a clear sequence.

The hidden problem You do not need more advice. You need the right order.

See the whole practice find the constraint choose one next move

01

Too many directions

Courses, reels, advice, and templates keep adding possibilities while your real priority remains unclear.

02

Uncertain professional identity

You are qualified or learning, but describing who you help and how you work still feels difficult.

03

Unpredictable enquiries

You cannot yet see how trust, referrals, visibility, and consultations connect as one client pathway.

04

Growth without a rhythm

Practice-building competes with study, client work, and life, so implementation depends on spare energy.

Clarity before complexity

Leave with a map, not another pile of advice.

01

Locate your stage

Understand where you are now across professional identity, trust, visibility, enquiries, and practice systems.

02

See the wider client path

Connect networking, referrals, positioning, enquiry conversations, and client experience into one ethical journey.

03

Choose one next milestone

Turn scattered effort into a realistic 90-day priority shaped around your qualifications, capacity, and goals.

The four-week path

One live room. One useful layer at a time.

The sequence moves from professional identity to a practical roadmap without pretending four sessions can replace qualifications, supervision, or real experience.

01

Identity and circle of trust

Clarify your professional direction and understand how networks, credibility, and referral relationships grow.

02

Niche and positioning

Explore who you are equipped to support, what makes your work understandable, and how to communicate it responsibly.

03

Visibility to consultation

Map how suitable people discover you, build trust, enquire, and move through an initial consultation.

04

Your sustainable next move

Bring the pieces together, identify the primary bottleneck, and choose a focused 90-day milestone.

You do not have to solve every part of your practice at once. Each week gives you one clearer layer.

How the cohort works

Live enough to be human. Structured enough to be useful.

Four focused live sessions give you a clear rhythm for learning, reflecting, and choosing your next practical step.

Bring the practice, never the client. Approximate information is enough. Do not share identifying client or patient details in the cohort.

Meet your host

This cohort is grounded in real practice.

Anu Eva C J is the founder of Zoechea Academy and the person guiding you through Private Practice Launchpad.

She has eight years of professional experience and leads two operating Zoechea Wellbeing Centres. The Kochi centre has operated for 13 years, while the Bangalore centre has operated for five years.

Before you decide

Please do not join because my experience sounds impressive.

I have been working for eight years. I also lead two wellbeing centres, including the Kochi centre with its own 13-year history, and have trained or supported more than 100 psychologists. Those facts describe the context I bring, but they do not predict what will happen for you. My credibility cannot do your thinking, participation, or implementation.

The only good reason to join The content itself is useful enough that you are prepared to think, question, and implement.
Serious participation only

Choose the work, not the story around it.

Being eligible is not the same as being ready.

Come if you are ready to

  • Examine useful frameworks critically instead of copying them blindly.
  • Attend live, participate, ask honest questions, and complete the work.
  • Build patiently and ethically, without needing performance or spectacle.
  • Take responsibility for your decisions, pace, and implementation.

Please skip this cohort if

  • The founder's years, centres, visibility, or proximity are the main attraction.
  • You want luxury, quick money, a secret formula, or an aspirational high.
  • You collect programmes but rarely apply what you learn.
  • You expect guaranteed clients, income, certification, clinical supervision, licensure, or a passive recording library.

No borrowed status. No income fantasy. No guaranteed outcome. Just serious learning and the work that follows.

Responsible expectations

Your professional responsibility does not transfer to this cohort.

Launchpad supports the practice-building around your work. It cannot decide whether you are qualified, clinically competent, legally permitted, or ready to serve a particular client.

Core standard Business growth must never move faster than competence, ethics, supervision, and client safety.

Use this room for

  • Professional identity, positioning, and communicating your value responsibly.
  • Ethical visibility, trust, networking, and referral pathways.
  • Enquiry, consultation, and client-journey systems.
  • Practice planning, implementation priorities, and accountable reflection.

Use the right professional channel for

  • Clinical supervision, case formulation, diagnosis, and client-specific decisions.
  • Therapy, safeguarding, emergency support, or crisis response.
  • Legal, tax, financial, regulatory, or employment advice.
  • Licensure, certification, internships, or authority to represent yourself as a psychologist.
Protect confidentiality.

Never share names, contact details, recordings, screenshots, case notes, or identifiable stories. Use only approximate, de-identified context when discussing practice situations.

01 What will the cohort cover?

The four weeks introduce the wider professional foundations surrounding psychology practice.

  • Professional identity, networking, and the circle of trust
  • Referral relationships and collaborations
  • Niche, positioning, and practice clarity
  • Visibility, leads, enquiries, and initial consultations
  • Different psychology career and practice pathways
  • A sustainable private-practice roadmap and focused 90-day next step

The purpose is to help you see the wider practice ecosystem and identify what deserves attention next.

02 Who can attend?

The cohort is primarily designed for people building a psychology career or practice.

  • Undergraduate and postgraduate psychology students
  • Psychology graduates and qualified professionals
  • Early-career therapists and freelance psychologists
  • Psychologists considering or growing a private practice
  • Adjacent mental-health professionals when the material is relevant

Participation does not qualify anyone without the required education or training to represent themselves as a psychologist.

03 Is there a fee?

No. The announced four-week Private Practice Launchpad cohort is free to attend.

Any optional future programme, service, membership, or continuation opportunity will be explained separately and transparently. There is no obligation to purchase anything.

04 Is the cohort online or offline?

The cohort is conducted online through Google Meet, so you can participate from anywhere in India.

No travel is required unless a separate offline event is specifically announced.

05 Who will facilitate the sessions?

The core sessions are facilitated by Anu Eva C J, Founder of Zoechea Academy.

Any guest mentor, psychologist, or additional facilitator will be announced before the relevant session.

06 Does the cohort include clinical supervision?

No. Private Practice Launchpad is not a substitute for clinical supervision.

Continue to seek appropriate supervision for clinical work and client-specific decisions.

07 Is this a certification course?

No. This is an introductory live learning cohort, not a professional certification course.

It does not provide a licence, clinical qualification, or authorisation to practise psychology.

08 Will recordings be available?

Do not register assuming recordings will be provided.

If a recording, outline, or reference resource is available for a session, it will be communicated through email or the WhatsApp group.

09 Can the cohort guarantee clients, income, or a successful private practice?

No. The cohort can provide clarity, frameworks, reflection, and direction.

Results depend on qualifications, competence, ethics, consistency, implementation, location, audience, experience, professional relationships, and time. No specific client or income result is guaranteed.
